The finest luxury ski chalets in the world are had in the wonderful resort town Chamonix, an excellent place for a ski vacation with rest and the thrill to be had on the snow among the many possibilities. The setting of the 1924 Winter Olympics — the first ever — this marvelous town provided, then just as today, fantastic skiing and hiking trails to challenge the world’s Olympians on any continent nestled in an area of real natural beauty.

But first, we should have a close look at what this is all about anyway. Close by Mont Blanc lies Chamonix, a beautiful commune assembled from sixteen hamlets which is the excellent center for any Alpine vacation. At the airport in Geneva, transfer to the heart of ski country at which point you can easily plan the rest of your activities in a place that draws sightseers and skiers in numbers the year round — and they have good reason.

Chamonix offers sites where winter extreme sports are enjoyed within easy reach, among them regular favorites like rock and ice climbing, snowboarding and the eternal top choice skiing. There are also hiking trails used by hikers and skiers, promising incredible prospects. All skill levels will find something to suit here, as we promise trails and slopes designed to be experienced by beginners and those who are less confident in addition to the expert slopes.

There’s no choice smarter for a sporting family weekend than a luxury chalet. Such chalets will let you feel as comfortable as if at home in the mountains and leave you with no reason to forgo luxury while enjoying winter sports. Certainly, as these are also cost-effective, there’s no smarter option for a family vacation.

Our chalets are all completely equipped and vary in size from cosy for two to rooms for families, featuring bedrooms, kitchens and warm open fireplaces. Ski chalets can provide the perfect ski vacation whether it be a romantic moment for two or hosting a fun-filled family get-away.

Summer or winter, there is loads to do over your time in the Alps, including skiing, or hiking. Should you be a tourist rather than a ski enthusiast, you’ll find there’s still lots to pass the time with here among the panoramas, historic sites, and the quest for souvenirs, all among a friendly local populace. Just a little research will give you the information needed to find the right airfare and living quarters package and investigate the sports you want to try to make this your favorite vacation of all time.
